I had a septic problem with a pumping system. Rapid Response sent Brandon out and he quickly discovered I had tree roots in both tanks. Not a few roots but lots of them. Brandon entered both tanks and removed roots and repaired alarm on pump.
Brandon just rolled up his sleeves and went to work with a great attitude. If you ever have a plumbing problem I recommend Rapid Response.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Rapid Response is incredible. Maggie, who manages the dispatch/office, was extremely helpful in helping resolve a bad situation when another plumber basically failed to finish the job. The Rapid Response professional, Brandon, came out within a few hours and had the job done in an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant. We learned a lot in show a few minutes (like what NOT to put in a garbage disposal - eggshells and coffee grounds - who knew?).

Absolutely perfect service! I live way up on the mountain where no one will go for services. They came out on a wet cold day asap. The plumber was a younger gentleman that was a very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever is needed. The office staff is very caring and a delight to speak with. They have great prices also. This is the plumbing service i will use from now on. I highly recommend them!

Brandon came out on a Sunday for us to fix a pipe that busted under our house. Not only was he quick to get here but he replaced the pipe in no time and gave excellent customer service while explaining in depth what to do in order to keep the situation from happening again. Highly recommend!

I've used Rapid Response three times. Excellent service all three times. When I called for the most recent appointment, Maggie promised a call back with a appointment time and called back quickly. It wasn't an emergency but Brandon was out the same day. He knows his stuff. He immediately diagnosed the root cause of the leak and unusual noises coming from water-use appliances. Repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

I used Rapid Response Plumbing on 3/24/22 to install a new kitchen faucet. The old faucet mounting nut was rusted in place. They were able to come out the day after I called, and Brandon quickly got the old faucet removed and installed the new one. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
